Kristi Noem (R) urged workers unhappy with their employer\u2019s vaccine mandates to just quit. In a tweet over the weekend, Noem said employees had the power to say no.<\/p>\n<p>The Republican went on to remind employees they could find another job that valued personal choice and responsibility. She added there were many other work opportunities due to the state\u2019s robust economy and job market.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Workers whose employers are mandating a vaccine for continued employment have the power to say no.
