This means the ballots should not have been cast or counted, yet California certified its ballots, and thus illegally cast its electoral votes for Joe Biden.<\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s be clear about something: Our nation\u2019s founders tried for years to work out their differences with England\u2019s King George. But George was a tyrant, and a war broke out that lasted eight years. After that war, our founders avoided creating a government that was ruled by a man<span class=\"aCOpRe\">\u2014<\/span>they decided to be governed by laws.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, we now have states ignoring their own state and federal election laws, and by disregarding these laws, their election results must be nullified. Either that, or we\u2019re no longer a country governed by laws.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Bobinski reports that in Article 1 of the Californnia code we find <a href=\"https:\/\/law.justia.com\/codes\/california\/2019\/code-elec\/division-13\/chapter-3\/article-1\/section-13200\/\">Election Code 13200<\/a>, which reads as follows:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Ballots not printed in accordance with the chapter [Chapter 3] shall not be cast nor counted at any election.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Bobinski notes another article:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>13205 (b). In elections when electors of President and Vice President of the United States are to be chosen, there shall be placed upon the ballot, in addition to the instructions to voters as provided in this chapter, an instruction as follows:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTo vote for all of the electors of a party, mark the voting target next to the names of the presidential and vice presidential candidates of that party. A mark of the voting target next to the name of a party and its presidential and vice presidential candidate, is a vote for all of the electors of that party, but for no other candidates.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>This second article was not printed on the ballots in California.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>And guess what? According to data collected by the American Independent Party in California, those words did not appear on ballots in 53 of California\u2019s 58 counties.<\/p>\n<p>In the remaining five counties, ballots required additional wording that is outlined in California Election Code 12305 (c). Some of those county\u2019s ballots included the wording from section (b), but ballots in all five of those counties were still missing the required wording from section (c).<\/p>\n<p>This means 100 percent of California\u2019s voting was conducted in complete violation of its state election laws.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Bobinski notes that technicalities do matter.\u00a0 For example, see any case thrown out because a perpetrator\u2019s Miranda rights were not properly applied.\u00a0 Or see Wisconsin, where a judge recently ruled that 200,000 ballots in the state were cast in violation of state law.<\/p>\n<p>Bobinski next notes that Pennsylvania also performed its election in violation of its state\u2019s law.\u00a0 This state\u2019s results are also invalid because of this infraction.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>We either have laws or we don\u2019t.\u00a0 Since Obama and probably before, Democrats have consistently twisted and discarded laws to meet their means.\u00a0 This election will determine if we have laws or not.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The post <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegatewaypundit.com\/2020\/12\/either-laws-dont-laws-california-violated-election-laws-results-likely-invalid\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">We Either Have Laws or We Don\u2019t Have Laws: California Violated Its Election Laws As Well \u2013 Results Are Likely Invalid<\/a> appeared first on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegatewaypundit.com\" rel=\"nofollow\">The Gateway Pundit<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Add California to the list of states which certified its results despite being in violation of its own state laws.
