During an interview on Sunday, Dr. Francis Collins claimed this would encourage the unvaccinated to get the vaccine if they wanted to be a part of public events.<\/p>\n<p>Collins went on to applaud Joe Biden\u2019s move, which has required federal employees to either get vaccinated or undergo regular COVID-19 tests.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think maybe that\u2019s what it will take for some of those who\u2019ve still been a little reluctant to say, okay, it\u2019s time,\u201d he stated. \u201cThe data will support the decision.
