In New York, President Joe Biden won roughly 60.9 percent of votes cast for president, while Trump won about 37.7 percent, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elections.ny.gov\/2020ElectionResults.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">New York State Board of Elections data<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.archives.gov\/electoral-college\/2020\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2020 Electoral College results<\/a> published by the National Archives show Trump only received 232 electoral votes, whereas Biden, who <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/interactive\/2020\/11\/03\/us\/elections\/results-president.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">won<\/a> the election and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.c-span.org\/video\/?508135-3\/president-biden-2021-inaugural-ceremony\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">took office<\/a> Jan. 20, received 306 electoral votes. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/checkyourfact.com\/2020\/11\/06\/fact-check-election-fraud-voting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: There Have Been A Lot Of Allegations Of Election Fraud, We Looked Into Them)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Biden won every Electoral College vote in the District of Columbia and 24 states, including Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.archives.gov\/electoral-college\/2020\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">National Archives\u2019 2020 Electoral College results<\/a> show. The electoral votes of those five states had previously gone to Trump in the 2016 presidential election, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.archives.gov\/electoral-college\/2016\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2016 Electoral College results<\/a> published by the National Archives. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.archives.gov\/electoral-college\/2020\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2020 Electoral College results<\/a>&nbsp;also show Biden received three of Maine\u2019s four electoral votes and one of Nebraska\u2019s five electoral votes.<\/p>\n<p>Trump won every Electoral College vote in 24 states, including Florida, North Carolina, Ohio and Texas, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.archives.gov\/electoral-college\/2020\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">National Archives<\/a>. He also received one of Maine\u2019s electoral votes and four of Nebraska\u2019s electoral votes.
