The petition was \u201csigned with the Wisconsin Supreme Court challenging the state\u2019s unofficial results in the 2020 presidential election, which gave Democrat candidate Joe Biden a margin of just 20,000 votes over Republican candidate Donald Trump\u201d reports <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbs58.com\/news\/republicans-file-lawsuit-to-block-certifying-wisconsin-election-results\">Wisconsin\u2019s local CBS news<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>With only an estimated 20,000 votes separating Biden from Trump, the Amistad project announced \u201cwe have identified over 150,000 potentially fraudulent ballots in Wisconsin, more than enough to call into question the validity of the state\u2019s reported election results\u201d said Phill Kline, director of The Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society in a news release. \u201cMoreover, these discrepancies were a direct result of Wisconsin election officials\u2019 willful violation of state law\u201d added Kline.<\/p>\n<p>Amistad\u2019s news release declared their investigation conducted over the last several weeks, \u201cinclude more than 10,000 <a href=\"https:\/\/thegreggjarrett.com\/breathtaking-abuse-republican-attorneys-general-file-amicus-brief-urging-scotus-to-rule-on-pennsylvania-mail-in-ballots\">Republican ballots<\/a> that weren\u2019t counted, more than 10,000 Republican voters who had their ballots requested and filled in by another person, and around 100,000 illegal ballots that were counted anyway.\u201d \u201cYou cannot verify or validate that the final count, and who is declared the winner at this time, was accurate\u201d said Kilne.<\/p>\n<p>The Amistad Project provided an Appendix breaking down the categories of contested votes. Illegal Votes Counted, described as \u201cestimate of <a href=\"https:\/\/thegreggjarrett.com\/florida-man-caught-requesting-ballot-for-wife-who-died-in-2018\">ballots requested<\/a> in the name of a registered Republican by someone other than that person\u201d indicated a margin of 14,426 votes. Legal votes noted counted, described as \u201cestimate of Republican ballots that the requester returned but were not counted\u201d was listed as 12,071.<\/p>\n<p>Double votes counted shows a margin of 234, out of state residents who voted in Wisconsin was 6,966; illegal votes counted from electors who voted where they did not reside is noted at a whopping 26,673.
