Attorneys for Cristhian Bahena Rivera introduced new evidence on Tuesday, which they said could clear him of murder.<\/p>\n<p>Arnie Mackey, an inmate at the Iowa Department of Corrections, testified another inmate had admitted to framing Rivera and killing Tibbett\u2019s himself along with an accomplice as part of a sex trafficking ring.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe said, you know the guy that\u2019s being charged for it right now? I said no I don\u2019t,\u201d he explained. \u201cHe\u2019s like we set him set him up.
