An uncropped version of it can be found on Getty Images, where the captions <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gettyimages.com\/detail\/news-photo\/this-picture-taken-from-the-top-of-the-arch-of-triumph-on-news-photo\/999716400?adppopup=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">states<\/a> it was taken from the top of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.paris-arc-de-triomphe.fr\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Arc de Triomphe<\/a> in Paris during July 15, 2018, celebrations of France\u2019s FIFA World Cup final win.<\/p>\n<p>The soccer match took place July 15 in Moscow that year, with France defeating Croatia 4-2, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2018\/07\/15\/629245670\/france-wins-world-cup\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">NPR<\/a>. People celebrated the victory throughout France, the outlet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2018\/07\/15\/629245670\/france-wins-world-cup\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">reported<\/a>. France 24 English <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/France24_en\/status\/1018541403771633664\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tweeted<\/a> footage of crowds near the Eiffel Tower reacting the moment the French team officially clinched its World Cup title.<\/p>\n<p>The U.K. government on July 19 lifted most COVID-19 restrictions in England, including those on social distancing and the size of social gatherings, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/sections\/coronavirus-live-updates\/2021\/07\/19\/1017877573\/england-has-lifted-most-of-its-covid-19-restrictions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">NPR<\/a>.
