That is quintessential free speech and artistic freedom,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/adfmedia.org\/case\/303-creative-v-elenis\">said<\/a> ADF Senior Counsel John Bursch.<\/p>\n<p>Bursch outlined the array of cases that Colorado has uniquely seen, including the Supreme Court\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/06\/18\/alliance-defending-freedom-colorado-jack-phillips-materpiece-cakeshop\/\">decision<\/a> on baker Jack Philips\u2019 same-sex wedding cake case. Baker, who already took his case to the nation\u2019s highest court, was <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/03\/23\/colorado-baker-sued-over-gender-transition-cake\/\">sued<\/a> again in March following his refusal to make a gender inclusive cake.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cColorado cake artist Jack Phillips has been harassed for years; Washington floral artist <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2019\/06\/06\/barronelle-stutzman-supreme-court\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Barronelle Stutzman<\/a> stands to lose nearly everything she owns; and now Lorie Smith is being told that she must speak views she opposes and can\u2019t post about her beliefs on her own business website,\u201d Bursch complained. \u201cHow many more creative professionals will have to suffer before they receive recognition of their constitutionally protected freedoms\u2014the rights they have always had in this country?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The ADF labeled the decision as \u201cunprecedented\u201d and highlighted 10th Circuit Chief Judge Timothy Tymkovich\u2019s dissent in the ruling. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/07\/26\/hawley-cruz-lee-supreme-court-overturn-roe-v-wade\/\">(RELATED: Hawley, Cruz, Lee Call For Supreme Court To Overturn Roe v.
