You want to act like a high school mean girl, and you\u2019ll get treated that way.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSit down and be humble,\u201d she said. \u201cLet the grown women speak,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n<p>Immediately after professing her maturity, Cross channeled the voice of sophomoric high school girls. \u201cYou\u2019re not invited to this table. You don\u2019t have the range,\u201d she concluded.<\/p>\n<p>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Tiffany Cross Reacts To Megyn Kelly\u2019s Criticism Of Naomi Osaka\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/4NIi_rTIwLY?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/p>\n<p>The idea of Cross, the relatively new host of a low-rated weekend show, questioning the relevance of Kelly, who once hosted the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/news\/general-news\/tv-ratings-megyn-kelly-bests-819516\/\">top-rated show on cable news<\/a>, seems ironic.<\/p>\n<p>Kelly\u2019s latest controversy began when Osaka <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/world-no-2-tennis-player-pulls-out-of-french-open-reveals-long-bouts-of-depression\">bowed out<\/a> of the French Open and a press conference, saying she suffered from \u201csocial anxiety\u201d and \u201clong bouts of depression.\u201d But shortly afterward, the 23-year-old tennis champion appeared on the covers of numerous magazines.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSince saying she\u2019s too introverted to talk to the media after tennis matches, Naomi Osaka has launched a reality show, a Barbie, and now is on the cover of the SI swimsuit issue,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ClayTravis\/status\/1417136111034454023?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1417136111034454023%7Ctwgr%5E%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&amp;ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.dailywire.com%2Fnews%2Fnavratilova-calls-megyn-an-ahole-for-slamming-osaka-megyn-takes-her-to-court\">tweeted<\/a> Clay Travis, whose radio show with Buck Sexton succeeded Rush Limbaugh\u2019s legendary program.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLet\u2019s not forget the cover of (&amp; interview in) Vogue Japan and Time Mag!\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/megynkelly\/status\/1417154841898622977?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1417154841898622977%7Ctwgr%5E%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&amp;ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.dailywire.com%2Fnews%2Fnavratilova-calls-megyn-an-ahole-for-slamming-osaka-megyn-takes-her-to-court\">replied<\/a> Megyn Kelly.<\/p>\n<p>Osaka entered the conversation, replying, \u201cSeeing as you\u2019re a journalist I would\u2019ve assumed you would take the time to research what the lead times are for magazines, if you did that you would\u2019ve found out I shot all of my covers last year.\u201d She concluded the since-deleted message, \u201cInstead your first reaction is to hop on here and spew negativity, do better Megan [sic].\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Osaka then blocked Kelly.<\/p>\n<p>Kelly <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/megynkelly\/status\/1417193630671032320\">replied<\/a> that Osaka \u201cblocked me while taking a shot at me,\u201d because \u201cshe\u2019s only tough on the courts.\u201d The \u201ctruth is she just doesn\u2019t like [questions] she can\u2019t control.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\" readability=\"9.4550561797753\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Poor <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/naomiosaka?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@naomiosaka<\/a> blocked me while taking a shot at me (guess she\u2019s only tough on the courts).
