Judges on the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals out of Cincinnati sided with a lower court on Friday and ruled the CDC overstepped its authority by halting nationwide evictions during the pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>They notes such decisions should be made by elected representatives and not by executive branch bureaucrats. The mandate has protected tenants who have lost income due to the pandemic from being evicted from landlords and property owners due to public health reasons.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">If you\u2019ve already submitted the <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/CDCgov?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@CDCgov<\/a> declaration form, you are protected until July 31, 2021.
