Gavin Newsom (D-Calif.) The prominent conservative talk radio host announced the suit against Shirley Weber on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>The complaint stated Weber \u201cneglected her duty\u201d when a list of 41 candidates in the race was released and did not include Elder over supposed missing paperwork. Guess who doesn\u2019t have to turn over five years of his tax return?
