Wood\u2019s bombshell tweet refers to an April 15, 2020 letter to the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) from Secretary of State Raffensperger, who is also Georgia\u2019s Chief Election Official.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Hey, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/GabrielSterling?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@GabrielSterling<\/a>, you don\u2019t have State of GA email??? How does your company, Sterling Innovative, make money? Did you or your company receive any of this $10+M grant? Implementation Manager??? Attorney Sidney Powell Files 104 Page BOMBSHELL COMPLAINT of Massive Fraud in Georgia Election &#8211; Update: Michigan too<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Georgia was poised to receive a $10,875,912 grant from the EAC for Covid-19-related election expenses. (The EAC, a federal entity which, by the way, certifies U.S. election machines, hardware and software, has some clear and shocking conflicts-of-interest of its own going on with its Advisory Board.) Raffensperger assured the EAC that the funds would be used to \u201cprevent, prepare for and respond to coronavirus, domestically or internationally, for the 2020 Federal election cycle.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The contact person at the end of the letter is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdjonline.com\/neighbor_newspapers\/northside_sandy_springs\/news\/sandy-springs-sterling-named-coo-of-secretary-of-state-s-office\/article_ea06cc64-0ab1-11e9-a485-3bbd105cbb41.html\">Gabriel Sterling<\/a>, who was appointed the COO of the Secretary of State\u2019s office by Brad Raffensperger, the brand new SoS, shortly after Raffensperger was elected to the position in November 2018. <strong>Raffensperger\u2019s predecessor was Brian Kemp,<\/strong> who had just been elected Georgia\u2019s governor. Sterling, as COO, would be in charge of budgetary, human resources and administrative operations for the Secretary of State\u2019s office. Sterling, strangely, has also been referred to, in multiple, recent media accounts, as Georgia\u2019s \u201cStatewide Voting System Implementation Manager.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>On his <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/gabrielsterling\">Twitter account<\/a>, Sterling confirms that he is the \u201cVoting System Implementation Manager\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-557825\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thegatewaypundit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Gabriel-Sterling-600x491.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"491\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In the April 15 letter, <strong>Sterling lists a private gmail account address as his email account.<\/strong> The letter states: \u201cIf you have any questions about this request please contact our Statewide Voting System Implementation Manager, Gabriel Sterling, at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegatewaypundit.com\/cdn-cgi\/l\/email-protection\">[email\u00a0protected]<\/a>\u201d Why wouldn\u2019t Raffensperger refer the EAC to his COO, the employee in charge of budgetary issues for the SoS\u2019s office? Why, instead, send them to Sterling as Georgia\u2019s \u201cStatewide Voting System Implementation Manager\u201d? Well, it turns out Sterling ALSO has own LLC called Sterling Innovative Solutions, with the \u201cRegistered Agent\u201d listed is Robert Gabriel Sterling. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizapedia.com\/ga\/sterling-innovative-solutions-llc.html\">https:\/\/www.bizapedia.com\/ga\/sterling-innovative-solutions-llc.html.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>We asked yesterday, is Sterling still the COO of the GA Secretary of State\u2019s office or has he left that position?<\/strong> Is he the Statewide Voting System Implementation Manager for the Secretary of State\u2019s Office as a state employee or has he been hired in that position as a consultant or independent contractor? Or is he acting BOTH as the COO of the Secretary of State\u2019s office AND as a private consultant as Georgia\u2019s Statewide Voting System Implementation Manager, through his LLC, Sterling Innovative Solutions LLC? Is there unethical double-dipping going on here or is it simply that the man has changed titles and positions under Raffensperger? It also raises the question, if Sterling is no longer the COO of the Secretary of State\u2019s office, who is?<\/p>\n<p>Lin Wood is right on the money: the use of a gmail account indicates that Gabriel Sterling CANNOT be a state employee, at least for purposes of this April 15 letter sealing the deal on $10.8+ million in Covid-19 money for the Secretary of State\u2019s office. Or can he? Furthermore, Georgia already has an \u201cElections Director,\u201d Chris Harvey, it says so right on the Secretary of State\u2019s letterhead. Why wasn\u2019t Harvey listed as the contact person in the letter to the EAC? Why does Georgia ALSO need a \u201cStatewide Voting System Implementation Manager\u201d? Are taxpayers paying for two state agency people to do the job of one?
