The Department of Energy recently announced a new proposal to revert to Obama-era water output levels on plumbing fixtures.<\/p>\n<p>In 1992, the U.S. Energy Policy Act stipulated shower heads could not deliver more than 2.5 gallons per minute. He argued it merely led to individuals to take longer showers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo shower heads, you take a shower and the water doesn\u2019t come out. You wanna wash your hands, the water doesn\u2019t come out,\u201d he explained. \u201cSo what do you do?
