Notre Dame Students, Faculty Are Trying To Keep Chick-Fil-A Off Campus \u2013 <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.campusreform.org\/article?id=17786\"><b>Campus Reform<\/b><\/a><\/h3>\n<p><span>Students and faculty at the University of Notre Dame signed an open letter to the school opposing the addition of a Chick-Fil-A on campus. Two students opined in an op-ed for the student newspaper that they have \u201cserious ethical concerns\u201d with Chick-Fil-A.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>9. George Washington Prof: Make Life \u2018Hard\u2019 For Unvaccinated People \u2013 <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thecollegefix.com\/make-life-hard-for-unvaccinated-people-george-washington-university-public-health-professor-says\/\"><b>The College Fix<\/b><\/a><b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span>George Washington University public health Professor Leana Wen appeared on CNN where she argued that life should be \u201chard\u201d for people who have chosen not to get vaccinated against the coronavirus. \u201cIt needs to be hard for people to remain unvaccinated,\u201d Wen said. \u201cRight now, it\u2019s kind of the opposite.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>8. Davidson College Offers \u2018#AbolishThePolice\u2019 Course \u2013 <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.campusreform.org\/article?id=17799\"><b>Campus Reform<\/b><\/a><b>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span>Davidson College in North Carolina will offer a course called \u201c#AbolishThePolice: Race and Policing in the U.S.\u201d during the fall semester. The class description claims that the class will \u201cenlist Black political and feminist theories and social and political philosophies to critically examine and think through issues of race, criminalization, incarceration, police militarization, predictive policing, surveillance, and domestic security.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>7. YouTube Censors Video Of School Board Meeting On Mask Mandates \u2013 <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/coronavirus\/youtube-censors-video-of-school-board-meeting-on-mask-mandates\/\"><b>Washington Free Beacon<\/b><\/a><b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span>YouTube temporarily censored a video of parents questioning the need for mask mandates at an Illinois public high school, even after the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced that masks were unnecessary in schools. The video was reinstated less than 12 hours after it was taken down.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>6. Illinois State University Gives $1,000 Scholarships To 100 Students Who Get Fully Vaccinated \u2013 <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.campusreform.org\/article?id=17796\"><b>Campus Reform<\/b><\/a><b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span>Illinois State University is offering a $1,000 scholarship and $100 gift cards to vaccinated students in hopes of encouraging more students to get vaccinated against COVID-19. The university will give out a total of $100,000 in scholarship money and $7,500 in gift cards uploaded directly to student\u2019s IDs for campus purchases. Illinois State University is not mandating vaccines for students to return to campus.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>5. OU Professor: Speech In Classroom Is \u2018Different Than Freedom Of Speech\u2019 \u2013 <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.campusreform.org\/article?id=17787\"><b>Campus Reform<\/b><\/a><b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span>University of Oklahoma Professor Julie Ward told The Oklahoma Daily that suppressing \u201cdisruptive\u201d student speech is permissible and not considered a violation of the First Amendment. \u201cSpeech inside the classroom is different than freedom of speech,\u201d Ward said. \u201cIt isn\u2019t suppressing someone\u2019s free speech if they are being disruptive or making it impossible for other students to learn.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>4. Elementary School Lecture Compares Immigrant Detention At Southern Border To Japanese Internment During WWII \u2013 <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/campus\/elementary-school-lecture-compares-immigrant-detention-at-southern-border-to-japanese-internment-during-wwii\/\"><b>Washington Free Beacon<\/b><\/a><b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span>A Maryland public elementary school taught children as young as six years old that the current detention facilities at the U.S. southern border are comparable to Japanese-American internment camps during World War II. The lecture proceeded to show students images of Asian activists holding signs that read, \u201cAbolish ICE, \u201c#DefendBlackLife,\u201d and \u201c#DefundThePolice.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>3. PA School District Shells out $68,000 On Diversity Investigation, Internal Reports Show District Went $428,000 Over Budget \u2013 <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/pa-school-district-shells-out-68000-on-diversity-investigation-internal-reports-show-district-went-428000-over-budget\"><b>The Daily Wire<\/b><\/a><b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span>A Pennsylvania school district spent $68,231.50 on a no-bid contract to conduct a \u201crace-based discrimination [and] harassment investigation,\u201d though a June 30 financial projections analysis indicates that the school district went $428,000 over budget. Upper Adams School District in Biglerville, Pennsylvania, hired a Philadelphia-based law firm, Fox Rothschild, to conduct the investigation.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>2. Student Club At UNC Demands \u2018Anti-Racist Alerts\u2019 When \u2018White Supremacists\u2019 Come To Campus \u2013 <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.yaf.org\/news\/student-club-at-unc-demands-anti-racist-alerts-when-white-supremacists-come-to-campus\/\"><b>Young America\u2019s Foundation<\/b><\/a><b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span>A student club at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill is demanding that the university create \u201canti-racist alerts\u201d to inform students when \u2018white supremacists\u201d come to campus. Examples of \u201cwhite supremacists\u201d given by the group include Corey Lewandowski, President Donald Trump\u2019s former campaign manager, and pro-life groups.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>1. Wisconsin School District Provides \u2018Sexually Explicit\u2019 Books To Third Graders; Material Teaches Students How To Use \u2018Sex Apps\u2019 \u2013 <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/wisconsin-school-district-provides-sexually-explicit-books-to-third-graders-teaches-students-how-to-use-sex-apps\"><b>The Daily Wire<\/b><\/a><b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span>Students at Elmbrook School District in Brookfield, Wisconsin, have access to a slew of \u201csexually explicit\u201d books via their school-provided computers, including content that dubs traditional views of marriage as \u201cignorant.\u201d One of the books provided offers a play-by-play of how to use Grindr and other \u201csex apps.\u201d A law firm <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/law-firm-claims-wisconsin-school-district-violated-state-law-by-providing-students-with-sexually-explicit-books\"><span>claims<\/span><\/a><span> that the school district violated state law by providing students with these materials.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Got tips?
