Though Turner, a close ally of Vermont Sen. (Melissa Sue Gerrits\/Getty Images)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Turner has come under fire for her past <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2020\/07\/27\/bernie-campaign-co-chair-voting-for-biden-eating-bowl-of-shit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">criticism<\/a> of President Joe Biden, including her equating voting for him to \u201ceating a bowl of shit.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Though Tuesday\u2019s poll, first <a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/elections\/beacon-poll-shows-brown-and-turner-tied-in-ohio-11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">reported<\/a> by the Washington Free Beacon, shows Brown and Turner tied, other polls have given Turner varying leads.
