At least 28 people, including two young girls ages nine and one-month, were shot and injured in the city on Thursday alone.<\/p>\n<p>Chicago police said the baby was shot in the head amid a shootout between gangs in the city\u2019s Englewood neighborhood. The nine-year-old was also shot in the head in a drive-by shooting, which happened within hours of the other incident.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Video of the mass shooting tonight at 66th\/Halsted.
