On Wednesday, Gaetz made the announcement that he and a few other prominent Republicans in the House wrote a letter to Spears asking her to tell Congress her story.<\/p>\n<p>Gaetz\u2019s letter follows a judge ruling that denied Spears\u2019 request to remove her father from her conservatorship. According to court documents filed by the Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday, the request made by the \u201cprincess of pop\u201d was denied \u201cwithout prejudice.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Britney Spears wants justice and accountability. <\/p>\n<p>I am sending her a direct letter to come to the United States Congress and share her perspective on conservatorship and guardianship abuse.<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/FreeBritney?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#FreeBritney<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/mEBe1lRR9q\">pic.twitter.com\/mEBe1lRR9q<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Rep.
