The home is now worth $425,000, according to Redfin.<\/p>\n<p>Just over a year later, in October 2020, Abrams sold an Atlanta townhome she purchased in 2004 and bought a 4,100 square foot home in the city for $975,000, Nexis records show. Her new Atlanta home is now valued at just over $1 million, according to Redfin.<\/p>\n<p>Abrams\u2019 home purchases were first reported by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/stacey-abrams-two-homes-campaign-debt\">Fox News<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Abrams\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/05\/04\/stacey-abrams-romance-novels-reissued-next-year\/\">financial situation<\/a> appears to have improved considerably since her 2018 election loss to Georgia Gov. (Mike Coppola\/Getty Images)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Abrams appears to have had a healthy stream of income before her failed gubernatorial campaign, despite reporting a substantial amount of debt in her financial disclosure filed in early 2018. She reported earning $177,000 in 2017 and $105,000 in 2018 in the disclosure.<\/p>\n<p>Abrams reported holding equity in five Georgia-based small businesses in her 2018 disclosure. She also reported holding titles of advisor, CEO, COO, director, trustee and board member with 12 business entities across the state.<\/p>\n<p>The disclosure also stated Abrams was owed $150,000 for a book advance from Henry Holt &amp; Co. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2018\/11\/03\/stacey-abrams-romance-novel-excerpts\/\">(RELATED: Stacey Abrams Used To Write Steamy Romance Novels \u2014 Here Are The Raunchiest Excerpts)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Abrams\u2019 nonprofit group Fair Fight Action saw its revenues increase tenfold to $10.9 million in 2019, but the group hasn\u2019t paid Abrams a salary since 2016, according to its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.influencewatch.org\/app\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Fair-Fight-Action-2019-form-990.pdf\">Form 990s<\/a> filed with the IRS.<\/p>\n<p>Abrams did not return a request for comment.<\/p>\n<p>Content created by The Daily Caller News Foundation is available without charge to any eligible news publisher that can provide a large audience.
