Thirty-six tiny satellites were mounted on a new payload adapter built by Spaceflight, a company that books space for small satellites on rockets, alongside other satellites arranged by SpaceX,\u201d The Verge added.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>SpaceX attempted to launch Transporter-2 earlier on Tuesday, but was forced to stop the countdown 11 seconds before liftoff when a private helicopter entered the airspace, despite being closed by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cUnfortunately, launch is called off for today, as an aircraft entered the \u2018keep out zone,\u2019 which is unreasonably gigantic,\u201d SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk tweeted. \u201cThere is simply no way that humanity can become a spacefaring civilization without major regulatory reform. Joe DePete (@ALPAPresident) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ALPAPresident\/status\/1409981929181564937?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">June 29, 2021<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span>DePete shared a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alpa.org\/news-and-events\/news-room\/2021-06-16-national-space-integration-strategy\">press release<\/a> in which the ALPA called for a \u201cNational Space Integration Strategy.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cThe FAA forecasts an increase in U.S. launch activities by as much as 100 percent by 2025,\u201d said DePete, according to the release. \u201cThese predictions mean the FAA must build upon \u2014 and broaden \u2014 a pattern of collaboration by the aviation and aerospace sectors.\u201d He then called for a national integration strategy to include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>Establishing launch planning and recovery standards,<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>Creating standards to make certain reentry of very large pieces of space debris occurs at a predefined location and time, and<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span>Requiring notification of pilots, airlines, and controllers not directly involved in a space launch about risk level changes in the airspace.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>\u201cAs we consider the promise \u2014 but also the challenges \u2014 of increased spaceflight, the aviation and aerospace sectors have a proven model to follow to ensure safety,\u201d said DePete. \u201cA similar data-driven, risk-based construct will help create a proactive safety culture for commercial spaceflight.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span>The Daily Wire is one of America\u2019s fastest-growing conservative media companies and counter-cultural outlets for news, opinion, and entertainment.
