The video appeared to show Davis announcing new guidelines for granting children\u2019s wishes.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">This is literally a new low for humanity.
