The claim stems from a website that says it contains \u201chumor, parody, and satire.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Fact Check:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The video, which has garnered <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/watch\/?v=1441023806243916\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">over 27,000 views<\/a> as of press time, purports to describe the first day of a military tribunal Clinton supposedly faced last week for \u201cmurder, sex crimes against minors, treason, theft of government property.\u201d After giving a roughly 8-minute description of the alleged tribunal proceedings, the narrator appears to switch gears and talks briefly about idolatry and religious teachings.<\/p>\n<p>The first approximately 8-minutes of the video word-for-word match a Real Raw News article, titled \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/realrawnews.com\/2021\/06\/bill-clinton-military-tribunal-day-1\/https:\/\/realrawnews.com\/2021\/06\/bill-clinton-military-tribunal-day-1\/https:\/\/realrawnews.com\/2021\/06\/bill-clinton-military-tribunal-day-1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Bill Clinton Military Tribunal: Day 1<\/a>,\u201d that was published June 19. On <a href=\"https:\/\/realrawnews.com\/about-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">its \u201cAbout Us\u201d page<\/a>, Real Raw News says its website contains \u201chumor, parody, and satire.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>While Real Raw News has a <a href=\"https:\/\/realrawnews.com\/about-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">notice<\/a> on its website about it containing satire, the Facebook video fails to make such a Disclaimer. The comments on the video appear to suggest some users mistakenly believed the story was real. <a href=\"https:\/\/checkyourfact.com\/2021\/03\/09\/fact-check-navy-seals-arrest-hillary-clinton-treason\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>(RELATED: No, Navy Seals Did Not Arrest Hillary Clinton For Treason On March 2)<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Clinton was active on his verified <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BillClinton?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Twitter<\/a> account June 18 and posted on his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/billclinton\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Facebook page<\/a> after that date. The former president also made a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=zxjxPCMBdw4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">June 23 appearance<\/a> on \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbc.com\/late-night-with-seth-meyers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Late Night with Seth Meyers<\/a>\u201d while promoting a book he <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2021\/06\/08\/books\/review-presidents-daughter-bill-clinton-james-patterson.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">co-authored<\/a> with James Patterson.<\/p>\n<p>The Department of Justice has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/news?component=4271&#038;topic=All&#038;date%5Bvalue%5D%5Bmonth%5D=&#038;date%5Bvalue%5D%5Byear%5D=&#038;items_per_page=25&#038;f%5B0%5D=field_pr_component%3A451&#038;f%5B1%5D=field_pr_component%3A4271\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">not put out<\/a> any press releases about Clinton being charged with the crimes mentioned in the video. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.defense.gov\/Newsroom\/releases\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">No mention<\/a> of him undergoing a military tribunal at Guantanamo Bay appears on the Department of Defense\u2019s website.<\/p>\n<p>Check Your Fact <a href=\"https:\/\/checkyourfact.com\/2021\/03\/09\/fact-check-navy-seals-arrest-hillary-clinton-treason\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">previously debunked<\/a> a viral rumor that Navy SEALs arrested former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for treason and other charges.
