Text in the image alleges that Abramovic was actually Robert Maxwell\u2019s son Michael Maxwell.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMichael Maxwell (MARINA AMBROMIVIC) father Stefani Germanotta who we know as Lady Gaga,\u201d text in the image states. \u201cGHISLAIN MAXWELL is lady gagas biological Aunt.\u201d <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/checkyourfact.com\/2020\/08\/20\/fact-check-don-lemon-jeffrey-epstein-chris-cuomo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: Does This Photo Show Don Lemon With Jeffrey Epstein?)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There is no evidence, however, that Lady Gaga, born <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imdb.com\/name\/nm3078932\/bio\">Stefani Germanotta<\/a>, is Ghislaine Maxwell\u2019s niece. The singer\u2019s father is a restaurant owner in New York named Joseph Germanotta, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.today.com\/food\/lady-gaga-s-father-shuts-down-gofundme-page-his-restaurant-t177127\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Today<\/a> reported. Her mother, who is the President and co-founder of the Born This Way Foundation, is Cynthia Bissett Germanotta, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uschamberfoundation.org\/bio\/cynthia-germanotta\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Chamber of Commerce Foundation<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Robert Maxwell was the owner of The Mirror Group of newspapers and died in 1991, The Guardian <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/business\/2018\/sep\/09\/robert-maxwells-sons-say-tycoon-was-to-meet-boe-the-day-he-died\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">reported<\/a>. Ghislaine Maxwell was the last of nine children he had with his wife Elizabeth, none of whom were named Joseph or Cynthia, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20210308145506\/https:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/family\/life\/maxwell-dynasty-happened-disgraced-moguls-family\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The Telegraph<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>It is also impossible that Abramovic is actually Robert Maxwell\u2019s son Michael. Michael Maxwell died at age 23 in 1969 after a car crash left him in a coma for eight years, <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20210308145506\/https:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/family\/life\/maxwell-dynasty-happened-disgraced-moguls-family\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The Telegraph<\/a> reported.\u00a0Abramovic attended the Academy of Fine Arts in Belgrade, Serbia, from 1965 to 1970, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.britishmuseum.org\/collection\/term\/AUTH225062\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The British Museum<\/a>. She wrote in a 2015 Wall Street Journal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/performance-artist-marina-abramovic-on-her-belgrade-youth-1439305281\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">article<\/a> that her parents were named Vojin and Danica, not Robert and Elizabeth.<\/p>\n<p>The FBI arrested Ghislaine Maxwell in New Hampshire in July 2020, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2020\/07\/02\/886537383\/fbi-arrests-ghislaine-maxwell-in-connection-to-jeffrey-epstein-case\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">NPR<\/a>, and she has been charged in an eight-count <a href=\"https:\/\/storage.courtlistener.com\/recap\/gov.uscourts.nysd.539612\/gov.uscourts.nysd.539612.187.0_4.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">federal indictment<\/a> with helping Epstein to sexually abuse minors.
