Its adherents pursue \u201cantiracism\u201d through the end of merit, objective truth and the adoption of race-based policies.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Indiana Attorney General Todd Rikita released a Parents Bill of Rights on Wednesday to help parents combat ideologies imposed on children in school.<\/p>\n<p>Rikita\u2019s Parents Bill of Rights reminds Indiana parents that they are entitled to question school officials, to question and review school curricula, to \u201cexpect that the academic curriculum taught in your child\u2019s school aligns with Indiana and federal law,\u201d to participate in Indiana\u2019s selection of academic standards, to \u201cobtain educational materials and curriculum taught to your child in the classroom,\u201d and to run in local school board elections.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEducation policy and curriculum should reflect the values of Indiana families while meeting the mandatory requirements set forth in law,\u201d Rokita said in a statement. \u201cThe single most effective way to ensure school accountability is for parents to engage in their children\u2019s education.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Parents Bill of Rights empowers them to do just that,\u201d he continued. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/06\/17\/nbc-critical-race-theory-loudoun-county\/\">(RELATED: A Parent-Led Rebellion Against Critical Race Theory Is Storming School Boards Across The Country)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The attorney general\u2019s actions reflect a growing, parent-led rebellion against the ideology of Critical Race Theory (CRT).
