In a recent interview,&nbsp; Trump\u2019s former strategic adviser said it would not be impossible for the 45th president to return to the White House if election audits found that Joe Biden\u2019s victory was fraudulent.<\/p>\n<p>However, left-wing media outlets have claimed Trump\u2019s reinstatement was out of question simply because it has never happened before. Epshteyn described the Constitution as a \u201cnegative rights document\u201d and argued because the document doesn\u2019t prohibit the decertification of an election, Trump\u2019s reinstatement would be legally possible.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">NEW from Donald J.
