They deserve to know that he or she can perform the duties of Head of State and Commander in Chief,\u201d the letter, addressed to Biden, his physician Dr. Kevin O\u2019Connor, and Chief Medical Advisor Dr. Anthony Fauci stated.<\/p>\n<p>Jackson served as the White House physician under former President Donald Trump.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey deserve full transparency on the mental capabilities of their highest elected leader,\u201d the letter continues. \u201cTo achieve this, we urge you to submit to a cognitive test immediately.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Jackson also asked Biden to follow the precedent set by Trump of taking a cognitive test to prove his psychological fitness for office.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" readability=\"6.1764705882353\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Dr. <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RepRonnyJackson?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@RepRonnyJackson<\/a> just sent his letter to <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JoeBiden?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@JoeBiden<\/a> calling on him to take a cognitive test.
