Hunter Lovell, press secretary for Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA), <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hunter_lovell23\/status\/1405218320790470664\">tweeted<\/a>, \u201cOof, I see he decided to say the quiet part out loud.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSomeone needs to ask Jen Psaki why they make Biden do this,\u201d RNC communications specialist Kyle Martinsen <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/KyleMartinsen_\/status\/1405222945186889731\">tweeted<\/a>. \u201cDo they think he\u2019s incapable of calling on reporters without a list?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>John Cooper, Communications Director at the Heritage Foundation, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/thejcoop\/status\/1405218013675245570\">tweeted<\/a>: \u201cIt\u2019s frankly embarrassing watching *Vladimir Putin* take questions from the press for 45 minutes, and then Biden comes out with a preset list of reporters he\u2019s allowed to call on.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPutin, the leader of a country with some of the greatest restrictions on press, took questions from all reporters,\u201d Lesley Fulop Byers, Communications Director of the House Homeland Security Committee Republican, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/LesleyFulop\/status\/1405218420182945802\">tweeted<\/a>. \u201cThe leader of the free world only calls on a handful of reporters from a list his staff pre-approved. Yikes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Toward the end of the press conference, Biden <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/biden-erupts-at-reporter-for-asking-about-putin-where-the-hell-what-do-you-do-all-the-time\">snapped<\/a> at a CNN reporter who asked him about his meeting with Putin.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhy are you so confident he\u2019ll change his behavior, Mr. President?\u201d reporter Kaitlan Collins asked.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m not confident he\u2019ll change his behavior,\u201d Biden erupted. \u201cWhere the hell \u2014 what do you do all the time? When did I say I was confident?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI said \u2026what I said was, let\u2019s get it straight, I said what will change their behavior is if the rest of the world reacts to them and it diminishes their standing in the world,\u201d he continued. \u201cI am not confident of anything. I am just stating the facts.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut given his past behavior has not changed and in that press conference after sitting down with you for several hours, he denied any involvement in cyberattacks. He downplayed human rights abuses.
