For the month of May, he fell six points to 48% approval and disapproval rose two points to 43%, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/polling-institute\/reports\/MonmouthPoll_US_061621\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">according to the poll<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" readability=\"7.7070063694268\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Biden approval down 6 points in one month, per Monmouth (48%). (Alex Wong\/Getty Images)<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Biden continues the trend of polling lower than average for presidents at this stage of their term.<\/p>\n<p>The average approval ratings for the past 14 U.S. Presidents at the same stage as Biden\u2019s presidency have polled around 66%, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/Politics\/bidens-100-days-low-end-approval-strong-marks\/story?id=77218406\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ABC News<\/a>.
