Through a reverse image search, Check Your Fact found the image of the boy\u00a0sitting and looking off to the side featured in a 2009 article published by CBS News titled, \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/14-year-old-charged-with-killing-father-sparks-a-protest-movement\/\">14-Year-Old Charged With Killing Father Sparks A Protest Movement<\/a>,\u201d which identified him as Zachary Neagle.<\/p>\n<p>Neagle shot and killed his 32-year-old father as he slept in their Caldwell, Idaho, home in May 2009, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.idahopress.com\/news\/local\/2cscoop\/looking-to-the-future-after-becoming-a-felon-at-age-15\/article_e28a4aea-b96e-532a-86a5-fb5ab4989d4e.html\">Idaho Press<\/a>. He pleaded guilty to killing his father on a reduced charge of voluntary manslaughter in 2010 after testifying that his father sexually abused him, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.idahopress.com\/news\/local\/2cscoop\/looking-to-the-future-after-becoming-a-felon-at-age-15\/article_e28a4aea-b96e-532a-86a5-fb5ab4989d4e.html\">report<\/a>, and was released on parole in 2014.<\/p>\n<p>The other two images included in the post, the one on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apimages.com\/metadata\/Index\/Caldwell-Shooting\/c670a25fb7b24fdc8c55e4ae0060016c\/19\/0\">top-right<\/a> showing Neagle sitting, and the one on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apimages.com\/metadata\/Index\/Caldwell-Shooting\/57fe90eaa2914e48914c48caafad43e0\/18\/0\">left<\/a> showing him standing with his hands shackled, were both published by AP Images.
