Gavin Newsom (D) has signed an executive order putting an end to most coronavirus rules. He announced the actions to lift most pandemic orders in addition to the state fully reopening its economy.<\/p>\n<p>On Friday morning, the left-wing governor was excited to share his plans to terminate many of his pandemic-placed restrictions. This would mean the end of the Golden State\u2019s stay-at-home order; the Blueprint for a Safer Economy.<\/p>\n<p>The governor\u2019s office claimed that by the end of Sept., approximately 90 percent of pandemic-related executive actions will have been lifted.
