This is not a joke,\u201d Biden told the soldiers in Bury Saint Edmunds, United Kingdom. \u201cYou know what the Joint Chiefs told us the greatest threat facing America was? Global warming.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Biden is visiting the U.K. on his first <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/06\/09\/biden-harris-white-house-mexico-immigration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">foreign trip<\/a> to meet with allies from around the globe and discuss areas of potential cooperation. The coming days will see the president meet with allied leaders from Europe and <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/06\/08\/joe-biden-china-trade-gina-raimondo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Asia<\/a>, including Queen Elizabeth II, and hold a summit with <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/06\/07\/biden-vaccine-aide-ukraine-russia-putin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Russian President Vladimir Putin<\/a>. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/05\/28\/kamala-harris-naval-academy-climate-change-national-security-solar-panels\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: \u2018Very Real Threat To Our National Security\u2019: Kamala Harris Fearmongers On Climate Change In Naval Academy Speech)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cBecause there will be significant population movements, fights over land, millions of people leaving places because they\u2019re literally sinking below the sea in Indonesia. Because of the fights over what is arable land anymore,\u201d Biden continued in his remarks to the troops. \u201cWith the G7, we plan to launch an ambitious effort to support resilience and development around the world, by investing in high-quality, high-standard, physical, digital and health infrastructures.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Biden has made fighting climate change a key part of his <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/06\/07\/pbs-reporter-yamiche-alcindor-jake-sullivan-biden-scars-trump-international\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">foreign policy agenda<\/a> since his first day in the Oval Office.
