Apply by 13 June! <br \/>More info: <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/fo8oNfPjXu\">https:\/\/t.co\/fo8oNfPjXu<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 nature (@Nature) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Nature\/status\/1396894251460476935?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">May 24, 2021<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span>According to the magazine\u2019s internship <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/career5.successfactors.eu\/sfcareer\/jobreqcareer?jobId=36256&amp;company=C0001215517P\"><span>application<\/span><\/a><span>, the position is open to \u201canyone of Black heritage, which includes those who identify as Black, African, Caribbean, Black British or Mixed\/Multiple ethnic groups.\u201d Applicants must also be studying for a degree in science, technology, engineering, or math or demonstrate an understanding of science or technology and a background in journalism.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Nature magazine is a flagship portfolio of journals dedicated to \u201cserving the scientific community.\u201d Interns will write articles for the publication and its audience of working scientists and build a portfolio of published work. At Morgan Stanley, one of America\u2019s top investment banking firms, employees are required to fulfill \u201cdiversity\u201d <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/morgan-stanley-requests-employees-fulfill-diversity-quota-in-job-application-process\"><span>quotas<\/span><\/a><span> in the job application process.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>According to internal slides, Morgan Stanley mandated that job application pools meet a 50 percent threshold of \u201cdiverse\u201d candidates.
