At one point, the president criticized <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/05\/12\/joe-biden-spending-inflation-hidden-tax-everything-purchase-coronavirus\/\">Republicans<\/a> who didn\u2019t vote for the plan, pulling out a list of their names and saying they\u2019re now touting its effects in their various districts.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEven my Republican friends in Congress, not a single one of them voted for the rescue plan. I\u2019m not gonna embarrass any one of them, but I have here a list of how back in their district they\u2019re bragging about the rescue plan,\u201d Biden said as he held up a white sheet of paper. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/03\/10\/american-rescue-plan-joe-biden-whats-in-it\/\">(RELATED:&nbsp;Biden\u2019s $1.9 Trillion Stimulus Plan: Here\u2019s What\u2019s In It)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Those attending the speech laughed as the president continued to look at the list.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey touted the restaurant revitalization fund. They touted the fact that we\u2019re in a situation where they\u2019re dealing with \u2013 touted grants to community health care centers. Touted \u2013 I mean, some people have no shame,\u201d Biden continued as he laughed along with the crowd. \u201cBut I\u2019m happy! I\u2019m happy they know that it benefited their constituents. That\u2019s OK with me.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>WATCH:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The sheet of paper held up by the president included the names of 13 Republicans, according to a photograph taken by New York Times photographer Doug Mills. Next to each printed name was a brief description of which part of the plan the offending Republican apparently touted.<\/p>\n<p>House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy of California, House Republican Conference Chairwoman Elise Stefanik of New York, New York Rep. Lee Zeldin and North Carolina Rep.
