Had he not believed in the vaccine and spent billions on the injections, bottles, and materials needed to create it, he said people would still be waiting months to get the vaccine.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe got the vaccine and we bought it early,\u201d he said. \u201cThat was a great bet.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Cortes asked Trump if he felt vindicated now that the mainstream media and Fauci are questioning the origins of the coronavirus. Early on in the pandemic, Trump suggested that the virus might have leaked out of the Wuhan Institute of Virology laboratory.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI said it right at the beginning, that\u2019s where it came from,\u201d Trump said. \u201cI think it was obvious to smart people that\u2019s where it came from. I have no doubt about it.
