Especially more with the N-word. TYIA,\u201d group administrator Jamie Ann Neidig-Wheaton posted on April 30.<\/p>\n<p>When another member responded to this post by saying we have to \u201cfight this s**t together,\u201d Buta Biberaj, the county\u2019s top prosecutor, said \u201cexactly. You are where we need you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-227230 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/anti-racist1-225x300.jpg\" alt width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dw-wp-production.imgix.net\/2021\/05\/anti-racist1-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/dw-wp-production.imgix.net\/2021\/05\/anti-racist1.jpg 371w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/>Members of the group previously compiled a list that included the names, locations, and in some cases employers and spouses\u2019 names, of people they said disagreed with school policies, though the conversation spent little time discussing the substance of critics\u2019 arguments.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m losing any hope that remaining civil towards these people changes anything,\u201d one member, Jen Durham, wrote. \u201cAvoiding these people isn\u2019t enough to stop the spread of their evil rhetoric.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Durham called for members to add to a list of parents in part so \u201chackers\u2026 can either shut down their websites or redirect them to pro-[Critical Race Theory]\/anti-racist informational webpages.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The most prolific participant in the list creation was Hilary Hultman-Lee, a former Loudoun teacher. Hultman-Lee was the first to comment in the April 30 thread to which Biberaj responded.<\/p>\n<p>Sheriff Mike Chapman opened an investigation into the group\u2019s activities in March. \u201cThe [Loudoun County Sheriff\u2019s Office] continues to examine the law in relation to these messages, and work with social media platforms to clearly identify those participating in these and other related communications,\u201d his office told ABC affiliate <a href=\"https:\/\/wjla.com\/amp\/features\/i-team\/critical-race-theory-in-disguise-equity-plan-has-loudoun-county-parents-at-odds\">WJLA<\/a> May 19 about the investigation into the Facebook group.<\/p>\n<p><b>Related: <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/loudoun-teachers-target-parents-critical-race-theory-hacking\"><b>Teachers Compile List Of Parents Who Question Racial Curriculum, Plot War On Them<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Crimes his office identifies would typically go to Biberaj\u2019s office for prosecution. Kraig Troxell, a spokesman for the sheriff, did not return a request for comment from The Daily Wire on how the conflict of interest would be handled.<\/p>\n<p>In 2019, Biberaj defeated Republican incumbent prosecutor Nicole Wittmann 51% to 49% after a political action committee funded by George Soros spent an unprecedented $845,000 on the local race on her behalf. Wittmann raised $113,000.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the lack of a decisive mandate, Biberaj has heavily politicized the law enforcement office.<\/p>\n<p>On Facebook, her profile picture shows her holding hands with Joe Biden, with the words \u201cBiden-Harris: Battle for the soul of the nation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>On <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/biberajbb\">Twitter<\/a>, she praises big-city anti-police district attorneys such as Chesa Boudin of San Francisco, Larry Krasner of Philadelphia, and George Gascon of Los Angeles \u2014 even though Loudoun, a semi-rural county west of Washington, D.C. with the highest median income in the nation, is hardly a large, progressive city.<\/p>\n<p><b>Related: <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/l-a-county-d-a-gascon-dismantles-hardcore-gang-unit-for-new-public-health-approach\"><b>L.A. Gasc\u00f3n Dismantles Hardcore Gang Unit For New \u2018Public Health Approach\u2019<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In January, she signed a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.loudoun.gov\/DocumentCenter\/View\/163602\/01-05-21-Progressive-Prosecutors-Call-for-Criminal-Justice-Reform\">letter<\/a> from \u201cprogressive prosecutors\u201d to the state legislature asking for \u201cautomatically expunging certain criminal records free of charge after individuals have maintained a clean record for an amount of time that corresponds to the severity of their offense\u201d and ending cash bail in order to produce \u201cmore equitable outcomes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-227232 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/anti-racist2-202x300.jpg\" alt width=\"202\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dw-wp-production.imgix.net\/2021\/05\/anti-racist2-202x300.jpg 202w, https:\/\/dw-wp-production.imgix.net\/2021\/05\/anti-racist2-388x576.jpg 388w, https:\/\/dw-wp-production.imgix.net\/2021\/05\/anti-racist2.jpg 714w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 202px) 100vw, 202px\" \/>Biberaj produces a weekly <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theteawithbuta.com\/episodes\">podcast<\/a> that frequently focuses on political activism. In the last month, episodes included \u201cThe Virginia Grassroots,\u201d \u201cThe Power of Loudoun Influencers &amp; Nonprofits,\u201d and \u201cVanessa Maddox.\u201d Maddox is a racial consultant and fellow member of the \u201canti-racist\u201d group.<\/p>\n<p>Before she was elected, Biberaj was an official with the local <a href=\"https:\/\/loudounnow.com\/2019\/08\/12\/naacp-seeks-apology-action-in-wake-of-proclamation-controversy\/\">NAACP<\/a>. As prosecutor, she charged a supporter of Donald Trump with assault for exhaling on an anti-Trump protester while he was not wearing a mask, then permitted the resolution of the case by having him <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fox5dc.com\/news\/trump-supporter-who-blew-on-women-has-case-dismissed-after-donating-3k-to-loudoun-county-naacp\">donate<\/a> $3,000 to the NAACP, which was not a party in the incident.<\/p>\n<p>After divisive policies in Loudoun caused acrimony that reached the national media, Biberaj called Tucker Carlson an \u201cunhappy white male.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Loudoun\u2019s Democrat-dominated board of supervisors was initially on board with Biberaj\u2019s progressive approach to law enforcement. After voters chose Chapman, a Republican, as sheriff, the board explored <a href=\"https:\/\/www.loudountimes.com\/news\/loudoun-county-considers-changing-form-of-government-awaits-report-on-establishing-police-department\/article_f4bfcff4-ac60-11eb-b61f-4b06b92e06d0.html\">neutering<\/a> the elected office and replacing it with a police department that reported to the board rather than voters.<\/p>\n<p>But Democrats have since become frustrated with the results of Biberaj\u2019s policies, saying there was a drop in prosecutions of predators, such as domestic abusers.<\/p>\n<p>Biberaj dressed up her policies in fluffy language, but the supervisors said it didn\u2019t correspond to what was really happening.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe things that I am hearing do not comport with what you are saying, especially when it comes to domestic violence, abuse, and partner abuse,\u201d county chairwoman Phyllis Randall, a Democrat, told the paper. \u201cIn fact, the things that I am hearing, the letters I have, the emails I have, the text message screenshots I have would curl somebody\u2019s toes to look at them.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Of 39 staff in the office, 17 left in the first 13 months of her administration, <a href=\"https:\/\/loudounnow.com\/2021\/03\/26\/supervisors-cut-back-freeze-prosecutors-budget-request-amid-turnover-domestic-violence-case-handling\/\">Loudoun Now<\/a> reported. \u201cThat is a staggering turmoil in the office,\u201d Democratic supervisor Michael R. Turner told the paper.<\/p>\n<p>Biberaj didn\u2019t seem bothered, saying, \u201cIn essence, what we have done is we have built a whole new law firm.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Neidig-Wheaton, who authorized \u201ccounter-activities\u201d on behalf of the \u201cAnti-Racist\u201d group as group administrator, is a former George Mason University adjunct professor and human resources consultant for the federal government. According to public records, in 2012, she was arrested on charges of trespassing and assault, which were later dropped.<\/p>\n<p>Asked for comment about her request for \u201cracist TikTok\u2019s from you know who\u2019s kids,\u201d she told The Daily Wire, \u201cI would prefer not to respond to that by releasing threats that include a possible racially motivated school shooting.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kendra Glover, a spokeswoman for Biberaj, did not respond to questions about Biberaj\u2019s participation in the group and how the prosecutor separates her political activism from her law enforcement activities.<\/p>\n<p>Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) Interim Superintendent Scott Ziegler <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/loudoun-teachers-attack-parents-protected-free-speech-mulls-banning-trump-flags\">wrote<\/a> March 19: \u201cIt has come to my attention that individuals, including some identifying themselves as LCPS employees, have made statements across social media about parents and their thoughts about the school division\u2019s equity work. LCPS recognizes the right of its employees to free speech, but does not condone anyone targeting members of the community for their viewpoint.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But the statement also said \u201cLCPS\u2019 work on equity is a journey that requires the commitment of staff at all levels.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>On March 26, the LCPS Minority Student Achievement Advisory Council, a semi-official body behind much of the controversial racial policies, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/after-enemies-list-school-body-pledges-to-silence-the-opposition\">wrote<\/a> that \u201cwe can and will silence the opposition.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\" readability=\"6.8028169014085\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/loudouncounty?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#loudouncounty<\/a> public schools is now asking parents and students to anonymously report and cancel other students.
