Witnesses took to the stand in a Los Angeles courtroom on Monday in the fourth day of trial for the 2000 slaying of Susan Berman.<\/p>\n<p>Family friend Dr. Peter Wilk recalled a 1981 conversation during which Kathy Durst said her husband had a \u201chomicidal side to him.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kathy\u2019s friend Janet Finke-Shaw described a party when Robert Durst attacked a mutual friend, stomping on the man\u2019s head until Kathy intervened. She went on to recount instances of domestic violence between Kathy and Robert Durst.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe had told me they had a fight and that she had tried to escape through the window, and he pulled her back in and it was horrifying,\u2019 she explained. \u201cIt sounded like one of the larger fights\u2026I was very concerned.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutors have alleged Robert Durst killed Berman because she knew too much about the 1982 disappearance of his first wife Kathy whose body has never been found.<\/p>\n<p>Durst was arrested in 2015 after the case was reignited by alleged admissions of guilt in an HBO documentary.<\/p>\n<p>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"CA v.
