If you suffered, do everything you can to make sure that whatever negative experiences that you had, you can make it right for your kids.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIsn\u2019t this all about breaking the cycle?\u201d he asked. \u201cIsn\u2019t this all about making sure that history doesn\u2019t repeat itself?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Prince Harry said that he felt \u201ctrapped\u201d as a royal and eventually forced his family to accept his decision to leave after Markle began to have suicidal thoughts.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat feeling of being trapped within the family, there was no option to leave,\u201d Prince Harry told Winfrey, according to Page Six. \u201cEventually when I made that decision for my family, I was still told, \u2018You can\u2019t do this.\u2019 And it\u2019s like, \u2018Well, how bad does it have to get until I am allowed to do this?\u2019 [Markle] was going to end her life. It shouldn\u2019t have to get to that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s incredibly triggering to potentially lose another woman in my life. Like the list is growing, and it all comes back to the same people, the same business model \u2014 the same industry,\u201d Harry said, referring to the death of his mother, Princess Diana.<\/p>\n<p>In their earlier interview with Winfrey, Prince Harry and Markle claimed that the palace had declined to allow Markle to see a therapist. In his Thursday interview, Prince Harry said he has been going to therapy for over four years, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.latimes.com\/entertainment-arts\/tv\/story\/2021-05-20\/prince-harry-oprah-winfrey-princess-diana-apple-tv-the-me-you-cant-see\">Los Angeles Times<\/a>, which overlaps with the time that he and Markle claim that she was blocked from going.<\/p>\n<p>Since leaving the royal family, Prince Harry has continued to do a string of media interviews slamming his family as well as giving his opinions on a variety of other subjects. In a recent podcast interview with actor Dax Shepard, Prince Harry <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/prince-harry-calls-first-amendment-bonkers-slams-royal-family-for-genetic-pain-and-suffering\">called<\/a> the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution \u201cbonkers\u201d for protecting free speech.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve got so much I want to say about the First Amendment as I sort of understand it, but it is bonkers,\u201d Harry told Shepard. \u201cI don\u2019t want to start going down the First Amendment route because that\u2019s a huge subject and one which I don\u2019t understand because I\u2019ve only been here a short time. But, you can find a loophole in anything.
