Robb was terminated after refusing to submit a letter of resignation and arguing that he should be allowed to complete his term.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe removal of an incumbent General Counsel of the NLRB prior to the expiration of the term by a President of the United States is unprecedented,\u201d he wrote to the White House in a scathing letter, Bloomberg Law <a href=\"https:\/\/news.bloomberglaw.com\/daily-labor-report\/biden-moves-to-oust-top-labor-board-attorney-robb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">reported<\/a>. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/04\/19\/amazon-workers-bessemer-alabama-unionization-retail-wholesale-and-department-store-union-nlrb-charges\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: Amazon Workers Were Threatened, Intimidated, Union Says As It Demands New Election)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>NLRB general counsels have historically been allowed to serve out their entire term even after a new president is elected, <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/01\/21\/joe-biden-nlrb-general-counsel-peter-robb-unprecedented-lawyer-unprecedented-move\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">according<\/a> to the National Right to Work Foundation.
