If he still has energy and strength like he does. I don\u2019t,&#8217;\u201d said Graham, who is 68.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou know the guy does not eat well, you know, and it\u2019s amazing the energy that he has,\u201d Graham said.<\/p>\n<p>But Graham said the former president\u2019s reported weight loss may help his health. \u201cHe\u2019s lost weight, 15 pounds maybe. So he might be in good health and in good shape. I don\u2019t know,\u201d he told Axios.<\/p>\n<p>During his four years in office, Trump was known for his stamina. He was often up past midnight and then regularly posting on Twitter at 6 a.m. But he is also a well-known fan of fast food \u2014 he once served food from McDonald\u2019s and other fast food restaurants at a White House ceremony to laud the Clemson football team following its national-championship win.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think we\u2019re going to serve McDonald\u2019s, Wendy\u2019s, and Burger King with some pizza,\u201d Trump told reporters outside the White House. \u201cI really mean it. It\u2019ll be interesting.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Two years into his term, Trump was deemed in \u201cexcellent\u201d health by his doctor.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe has incredible cardiac fitness at this point in his life,\u201d said Dr. Ronny Jackson, who conducted the routine physical examination. Jackson said the exam took four hours and included a dozen other medical personnel for a series of tests.<\/p>\n<p>The doctor said Trump\u2019s lifelong abstinence of alcohol and tobacco has led to his excellent health. And Jackson also said Trump, then 71, simply \u201chas incredibly good genes. It\u2019s just the way God made him.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jackson said Trump asked to take a cognitive exam during the session. The doctor used \u201cThe Montreal Cognitive Assessment,\u201d which screened for Alzheimer\u2019s and dementia, among other illnesses. Trump scored 30 out of 30.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe cognitive test, it\u2019s well-respected. It\u2019s a test that\u2019s used throughout the United States,\u201d he said. \u201cThe fact that the president got 30\/30 on that exam, there\u2019s no indication whatsoever that he has any cognitive issues.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jackson said he urged Trump to adhere to a healthy diet and increase his exercise \u2014 from none currently to at least some. He said he told Trump to cut down carbohydrates and fats.\u00a0\u201cThe president has acknowledged that he\u2019d be healthier if he lost a few pounds.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>All of Trump\u2019s blood tests were normal. His blood pressure was 122\/74, a normal level, and he had a resting heart rate of 68 beats per minute.
