Crowder and others argue on the show that the shooting was justified, as some experts have agreed.<\/p>\n<p>YouTube is claiming that the content violated\u00a0their harassment, threats, and cyberbullying <a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/youtube\/answer\/2802268?hl=en#zippy=%2Cother-types-of-content-that-violate-this-policy\">policy<\/a>. The Big Tech company hit Crowder with a second so-called \u201chard strike,\u201d effectively banning the conservative from posting content to the YouTube channel for two weeks.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s YouTube\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.louderwithcrowder.com\/youtube-suspends-lwc-again-applies-second-hard-strike-on-channel\">policy<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"13\">\n<p><em>YouTube Creators share their opinions on a wide range of different topics. However, there\u2019s a line between passionate debate and malicious harassment. Content containing targeted harassment including, but not limited to, stalking, threats, bullying, and intimidation is not allowed on YouTube.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>When YouTube was asked by Crowder\u2019s legal team what specifically violated their policy from the video, the company <a href=\"https:\/\/www.louderwithcrowder.com\/youtube-suspends-lwc-again-applies-second-hard-strike-on-channel\">responded<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"11.641791044776\">\n<p><em>In particular, this video violated the aspect of the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/youtube\/answer\/2802268?hl=en&#038;ref_topic=9282436#zippy=%2Cother-types-of-content-that-violate-this-policy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">policy<\/a> that prohibits \u201ccontent reveling in or mocking the death or serious injury of an identifiable individual.\u201d Accordingly, the video has been removed and a<a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/youtube\/answer\/2802032?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> strike<\/a> has been applied to the Steven Crowder channel. This constitutes the second active strike on the Steven Crowder channel and, as a result, uploads are now suspended for two weeks.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>After listening to the content, it remains unclear what was considered \u201cmocking.\u201d At one point in the video, Crowder speculates that Bryant, though a minor, weighed about 230 pounds, emphasizing his position that the fatal shot from the Columbus officer was justified, not mocking Bryant.<\/p>\n<p>Crowder\u2019s site defended the show:<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"14\">\n<p><em>The video they\u2019re referring to didn\u2019t revel in the death or serious injury of an identifiable individual. It seems YouTube is unhappy the studio crew agreed the shooting of a teenager trying to stab another was justified. White, black, hispanic, or identifying as a transgender alien, if you\u2019re trying to stab someone else and get shot by an officer, sorry, but that\u2019s the way the cookie crumbles.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>For the relatively mild content in the video, even the benign mention of weight, to trigger a \u201chard strike\u201d from YouTube seems entirely inconsistent with the company\u2019s application of their policies.<\/p>\n<p>Crowder argued this online, posting a video compilation of folks on the Left engaging in what most would consider \u201charassment.\u201d Yet, these accounts are still allowed on YouTube and have not faced any form of censorship.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhy no live show today, you ask?
