My lawyers will be filing formal complaints for prosecutorial misconduct\u2019s with DOJ office of professional responsibility at the same time I file a 25 million Dollar lawsuit against the DOJ and each of these individuals personally:In fact I am going to add Bill Barr to the lawsuit and I will handle his cross-examination personally..\u201d<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Stone was convicted in November 2019 by a Washington jury of lying under oath to lawmakers also investigating Russian interference in the 2016 election.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Stone shared the following with us a few days ago:<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Specifically the newly unveiled documents from the Mueller report show:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>On Page 178, <\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>\u201cThe Office\u2019s determination that it could not charge WikiLeaks or Stone as part of the Section 1030 conspiracy was also informed by the constitutional issues that such a prosecution would present. Under the Supreme Court\u2019s decision in\u00a0Bartnicki v. Vopper, 532 U.S. 514 (2001), the First Amendment protects a party\u2019s publication of illegally intercepted communications on a matter of public concern, even when the publishing parties knew or had reason to know of the intercepts\u2019 unlawful origin.\u201d<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Also Page 178, <\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>\u201cThe Office determined that it could not pursue a Section 1030 conspiracy charge against Stone for some of the same legal reasons. The most fundamental hurdles, though, are factual ones.1279 As explained in Volume I, Section III.D.1, supra, Corsi\u2019s accounts of his interactions with Stone on October 7, 2016 are not fully consistent or corroborated. Even if they were, neither Corsi\u2019s testimony nor other evidence currently available to the Office is sufficient to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Stone knew or believed that the computer intrusions were ongoing at the time he ostensibly encouraged or coordinated the publication of the Podesta emails.\u00a0 Stone\u2019s actions would thus be consistent with (among other things) a belief that he was aiding in the dissemination of the fruits of an already completed hacking operation perpetrated by a third party, which would be a level of knowledge insufficient to establish conspiracy liability. See State v. Phillips, 82 S.E.2d 762, 766 (N.C. 1954) (\u201cIn the very nature of things, persons cannot retroactively conspire to commit a previously consummated crime.\u201d) (quoted in Model Penal Code and Commentaries \u00a7 5.03, at 442 (1985).<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cRegardless, success would also depend upon evidence of WikiLeaks\u2019s and Stone\u2019s knowledge of ongoing or contemplated future computer intrusions-the proof that\u00a0is currently lacking.\u201d<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-475383\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thegatewaypundit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/roger-stone-amy-berman-jackson-600x315.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"315\" \/>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Judge Amy Berman withheld this from my lawyers at trial.\u00a0 The Mueller\u2019s dirty cops concluded in their report that even if they had found evidence that I had received documents from Assange of WikiLeaks\u00a0 and passed them to anyone, <em>which I did not and for which they found no evidence whatsoever,\u00a0it would not have been illegal. The whole thing was a hoax.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For three years the fake News media has insisted that Julian Assange (\u00a0a journalist who has never had the accuracy of anything he has published questioned) is actually an asset for the Russians and that his website Wikileaks got the documents and e-mails via a hack via the Russians.<\/p>\n<p>Worse they\u00a0insisted that I had served as the link between\u00a0 Assange and WikiLeaks and the Trump campaign. I was called a traitor and a Russian spy.\u00a0The left insisted that my colorful Twitter feed and some of my speeches and interviews proved that I had advance knowledge of the source and content of the WikiLeaks disclosures that so roiled the 2016 campaign.
