Those payments marked the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/news\/politics\/2021\/05\/04\/echoing-trump-biden-sends-letter-stimulus-check-recipients\/4929873001\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">third round<\/a> of direct COVID-19 relief payments disbursed by the federal government, after the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/politics\/coming-to-your-1200-relief-check-donald-j-trumps-name\/2020\/04\/14\/071016c2-7e82-11ea-8013-1b6da0e4a2b7_story.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">$1,200<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2020\/12\/27\/trump-signs-covid-relief-bill-600-stimulus-checks-go-out-this-week-.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">$600 direct payments<\/a> authorized by Congress under the Trump administration.<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/photo.php?fbid=10225238251164068&#038;set=a.1097594680816&#038;type=3&#038;theater\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">screen grab<\/a> of a May 3 tweet alleges in a post that Biden recently announced a fourth round of stimulus payments \u201conly for Americans with proof of vaccination.\u201d However, Biden\u2019s administration has not announced such a move as of May 10.<\/p>\n<p>An announcement of a fourth round of stimulus payments limited to those who provide proof of vaccination <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/?s=stimulus+checks\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">does not appear<\/a> in any briefing transcripts, speeches or press releases available on the White House website to date. Biden has not mentioned such a plan on his verified <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/joebiden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Facebook<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/search?q=%22fourth%22%20(from%3AJoeBiden%20OR%20from%3APOTUS)&#038;src=typed_query\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Twitter accounts<\/a> at the time of publication.<\/p>\n<p>Check Your Fact also reviewed the White House fact sheets for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/statements-releases\/2021\/04\/23\/fact-sheet-the-american-jobs-plan-empowers-and-protects-workers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">American Jobs Plan<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/statements-releases\/2021\/04\/29\/fact-sheet-the-american-families-plan-will-support-children-teachers-and-working-families-in-rural-america\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">American Families Plan<\/a>, two recent proposals from Biden. While the White House does propose in the American Families Plan fact sheet extending the child tax credit increases through 2025 and making the child tax credit \u201cpermanently fully refundable,\u201d it <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/statements-releases\/2021\/04\/29\/fact-sheet-the-american-families-plan-will-support-children-teachers-and-working-families-in-rural-america\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">does not mention<\/a> a fourth round of stimulus payments tied to vaccination status. Nor does the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/statements-releases\/2021\/04\/23\/fact-sheet-the-american-jobs-plan-empowers-and-protects-workers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">fact sheet<\/a> for the American Jobs Plan.<\/p>\n<p>Media outlets such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/money\/2021\/04\/28\/stimulus-check-update-2021-fourth-covid-relief-payment-biden-speech\/7340086002\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">USA Today<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yahoo.com\/entertainment\/fourth-stimulus-biden-plan-100055693.html?guccounter=1&#038;guce_referrer=aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cuZ29vZ2xlLmNvbS8&#038;guce_referrer_sig=AQAAAFhdCx7jUVKz1cMGHDd4cbsU2lAgG09QFEfCCImwbZNdOmQ2wZxFG4gMkPvHbSt2Q3PsaySVm_CfTLhqXw8IRhMkOZVLAwFYuqGzisJHV8NmSmV1lYrTvpqRyvKgKTkT-bkaxD2TOeDEngvKUp860zL8AWwPPl_r63MBw6bKHHL_\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Yahoo Finance<\/a> have published articles about the possibility of another round of stimulus payments; however, they have so far not reported on a Biden plan involving payments for only Americans \u201cwith proof of vaccination.\u201d <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/checkyourfact.com\/2021\/05\/03\/fact-check-fda-not-authorize-approve-covid-19-vaccine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: Will The FDA Not Authorize Or Approve Any COVID-19 Vaccines?)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In early April, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki told reporters there \u201cwill be no federal vaccinations database and no federal mandate requiring everyone to obtain a single vaccination credential,\u201d according to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/press-briefings\/2021\/04\/06\/press-briefing-by-press-secretary-jen-psaki-april-6-2021\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">White House transcript<\/a>.
