The economy <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/05\/07\/april-jobs-report-united-states-economy-joe-biden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">added just 266,000 jobs<\/a> in April and the unemployment rate rose slightly to 6.1 percent, according to the Department of Labor. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/05\/04\/consumer-prices-surge-economists-inflation-lawrence-summers-peter-schiff\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: Consumer Prices Have Skyrocketed In Recent Months.
