According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/05\/04\/biden-coronavirus-relief-prioritizes-funds-for-non-white-business-owners\/\">reports<\/a> on Tuesday, Biden\u2019s \u2018American Rescue Plan\u2019 is opening up the application process for restaurant and business owners to apply for federal relief for lost revenue during the pandemic.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;Our priority will be Black, Latino, Asian, and Native American owned small businesses, women-owned businesses, and finally having equal access to resources needed to reopen and rebuild.&#8221; \u2014 President-elect Biden <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/pIyDuhf5pH\">pic.twitter.com\/pIyDuhf5pH<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 The White House (@WhiteHouse) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/WhiteHouse\/status\/1348403213200990209?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">January 10, 2021<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Applicants eligible for the relief funds first have to be identified as socially and economically disadvantaged individuals.
