The image of Juror #52, Brandon Mitchell, wearing a t-shirt that reads: \u201cGet your knees off our necks,\u201d has been circulating on social media.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">BLM Activist Brandon Mitchell Sat on the Chauvin Jury After Claiming He Could Be &#8216;Impartial&#8217; <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/O9CFCwRc9o\">https:\/\/t.co\/O9CFCwRc9o<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Ben Owen (@hrkbenowen) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hrkbenowen\/status\/1388996103757078531?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">May 2, 2021<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Mitchell wore the \u201cBlack Lives Matter\u201d shirt while attending an event in August 2020, which commemorated the 57th anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr.\u2019s historic speech in Washington D.C.
