Version: 4.0.47--><div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/fb_image-4073.jpeg\" class=\"ff-og-image-inserted\"  style=\"display:none\"><\/div>\n<p>The Polish pastor who made international headlines for kicking provincial officials from his church in Alberta, Canada, is facing potential arrest after a Calgary court issued a warrant against him.<\/p>\n<p>Court of Queen\u2019s Bench Justice David Gates authorized police and health officials \u201cto use such reasonable force as they deem appropriate to gain access\u201d to the building of Pastor Artur Pawlowski\u2019s The Fortress (Cave) of Adullam church in Calgary, according to a <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/viewerng\/viewer?url=https:\/\/d3n8a8pro7vhmx.cloudfront.net\/therebel\/pages\/51845\/attachments\/original\/1619635568\/watermarked_Filed_Order.042321.pdf?1619635568\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">copy<\/a> of the court order obtained by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rebelnews.com\/calgary_police_obtain_secret_warrant_to_use_any_force_necessary_to_disrupt_church_service\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Rebel News<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The warrant, which was issued April 23 but not seen by Pawlowski\u2019s lawyer until this week, also forbids Pawlowski or anyone else from interfering with officials attempting to enter his church and, if he resists, permits law enforcement \u201cto do anything necessary\u201d to arrest him, imprison him, and drag him before a judge.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Respondent, Artur Pawlowski, together with any other person at the property \u2026 shall grant access to any Executive Officer (as defined in the [Alberta Public Health Act]) in order for him or her to attend at the Property without notice, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., to allow the Executive Officer to exercise his or her powers under [section] 59 of the Act,\u201d the warrant reads in part.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn the event the Respondent, Artur Pawlowski or any other person refuse to grant any Executive Officer access to the Premises or hinders or interferes with the Executive Officer in the exercise of his or her powers, then any member of Police Service \u2026 shall be permitted to accompany and assist the Executive Officer and use such reasonable force as they consider appropriate to gain access to the Premises and allow the Executive Officer (or anyone assisting the Executive Officer) to exercise his or her pursuant to section 59 of the Act,\u201d the warrant also says.<\/p>\n<p>The warrant goes on to specify that if there are any \u201creasonable grounds\u201d for law enforcement to believe Pawlowski or anyone else has violated the court order, they are permitted \u201cto forthwith arrest that person, restrain him or her and bring him or her at the earliest possible time before a Justice of the Court of the Queen\u2019s Bench to show cause why he or she should not be held in contempt of Court[.]\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Also stipulated is that an individual shall not be arrested unless they have been given the opportunity\u00a0to comply with the order.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is further ordered that, in making an arrest under this Order, Law Enforcement is authorized to do anything necessary to carry out the arrest, including the use of as much reasonable force as may be necessary to make the arrest, and without warrant to enter any place where on reasonable grounds Law Enforcement believes that the offending person may be found,\u201d the judge added.<\/p>\n<p>The Alberta Health Services (AHS) official whose name is listed as the filing party on the court order did not respond to The Daily Wire\u2019s request for comment.<\/p>\n<p>WATCH:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\" readability=\"9.8461538461538\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Calgary police obtain SECRET warrant to use \u201cany force necessary\u201d to disrupt church service<\/p>\n<p>Please go to <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/5RfUUBxoVx\">https:\/\/t.co\/5RfUUBxoVx<\/a> and help us do everything we can to Save Pastor Artur. After Pawlowski first ejected provincial officials from his church during Easter weekend, Calgary Police said in a statement that there was a \u201cconcern\u201d that Pawlowski and his congregation \u201cwere not adhering to the government\u2019s COVID-19 public health orders,\u201d according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/torontosun.com\/news\/national\/warmington-calling-them-nazis-pastor-kicks-police-out-of-church-at-easter\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Toronto Sun<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Though issued April 23, the order was not seen by Pawlowski\u2019s lawyer until this week, and he is urging people to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rebelnews.com\/tags\/pastor_artur_pawlowski\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">help him<\/a> in his legal battle against Alberta. \u201cThey want me in jail, they want to arrest us only because we dare to worship our God and we want to do it in peace,\u201d he said. \u201cThey\u2019re coming very heavy. They\u2019re bringing documents, they\u2019re bringing SWAT team, they\u2019re bringing health inspectors, police officers and bylaw officers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pawlowski, who grew up under the jackboot of the Soviets behind the Iron Curtain in Poland, has been sounding the alarm regarding what he <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/polish-pastor-who-kicked-police-out-of-church-speaks-out-just-like-the-communists-a-repetition-of-history\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">perceives<\/a> to be growing state tyranny in Western countries under the guise of public health.<\/p>\n<p>WATCH:<\/p>\n<p>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Pastor who stood up to police in viral video speaks out\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/uXefE-Z3H6M?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/p>\n<p>If Pawlowski ends up being jailed, he will not be the first pastor to have been locked up in Alberta for allegedly violating the Alberta Public Health Act. Pastor James Coates, who pastors GraceLife Church in the Edmonton area, was arrested in February and jailed in a maximum security prison for more than a month.<\/p>\n<p>Coates still faces one charge of\u00a0violating gathering size restrictions under Alberta\u2019s Public Health Act, for which he will stand trial in May. Earlier this month, a provincial court <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/court-grants-albertas-request-to-forbid-jailed-pastor-from-challenging-health-order-during-trial\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ruled<\/a> that he will not be allowed to challenge the constitutional validity of Alberta\u2019s Public Health Act, and that the government does not have to provide scientific evidence justifying the public health order.<\/p>\n<p>Alberta Police later raided Coates\u2019 church during the early morning and erected three layers of chain link fence around the facility, prompting Coates and his congregation to meet in secret.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\" readability=\"10.235294117647\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">In a battle that truly is about the fundamental freedoms of the Western world, Alberta Premier Jason Kenney is choosing to suppress religious liberty.
