CNN also determined that 65% of voters disapprove of how Biden is handling the situation, which contrasts sharply with the 29% who approve.<\/p>\n<p>The poll, which questioned 1,004 people between April 21-26 with a margin of error of 3.6 points, also discerned that the chaos at the border has led voters to lose enthusiasm regarding Biden\u2019s overall immigration agenda. Those who disapproved of how the president is handling immigration polled at 53%, compared to 41% who approve.<\/p>\n<p>Biden received higher approval ratings for his\u00a0handling of the pandemic, environmental policy, racial injustice, the economy, taxes, and foreign affairs.<\/p>\n<p>Biden\u2019s approval rating overall has recently ranked among historic lows, as The Daily Wire <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/mainstream-poll-bidens-approval-rating-at-100-day-mark-is-third-lowest-since-tracking-began\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">reported<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"26.647058823529\">\n<p><em>President Joe Biden\u2019s approval rating at the 100-day mark of his presidency is the \u201cthird-lowest\u201d since tracking began in 1945, according to a new ABC News\/Washington Post poll.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cAll told, 52% of Americans in the latest ABC News\/Washington Post poll approve of Biden\u2019s work in office, lower than any president at 100 days in office since 1945, save Gerald Ford in 1974 (48%, after his unpopular pardon of Richard Nixon) and Donald Trump at 42% in 2017,\u201d ABC News <a href=\"https:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/Politics\/bidens-100-days-low-end-approval-strong-marks\/story?id=77218406&#038;cid=social_twitter_abcn\">reported<\/a>. \u201cFor the 14 presidents from Truman to Biden, the 100-day average is 66%.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cBiden\u2019s honeymoon appears to be ending, if it was even there in the first place,\u201d ABC political director Rick Klein <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsbusters.org\/blogs\/nb\/nicholas-fondacaro\/2021\/04\/25\/bidens-approval-fails-beat-margin-error-abc-poll-network\">said<\/a>. \u201cWhat\u2019s so striking here is, you can at the same time say President Biden is in so much stronger position than his predecessor, but so much weaker than almost everyone else that we\u2019ve seen at this point in a presidency.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The Daily Wire\u2019s Chrissy Clark recently visited the U.S.-Mexico border to report on the conditions there, which she said have worsened since Biden\u2019s inauguration. As The Daily Wire <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/video-the-border-crisis-is-even-worse-than-you-think\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">reported<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"22\">\n<p><em>Biden and the Democrats want America to believe that there is nothing dangerous about thousands of migrants crossing our border. We\u2019ve seen what Border Patrol agents described as the most chaotic months they\u2019ve ever experienced, bringing the system \u2014 and many of them personally \u2014 to the breaking point.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The Biden administration has dubbed the border a \u201cchallenge\u201d and refuses to call it what it is \u2014 a crisis.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>We witnessed firsthand the influx of migrants in the area. Children are being ferried over by human traffickers on rafts in the dead of night. Migrants, many of them teens and younger, are packed together behind metal fences, waiting to be relocated to detention centers.
