Lankford spoke on the Senate floor Wednesday and said Democrats have stretched the definition of infrastructure to its limits.<\/p>\n<p>He referenced a part of the bill that would allocate funding to eliminate paper lunch trays at K-12 schools.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">I don\u2019t know a lot of Oklahomans who think of a school lunch tray when someone talks about infrastructure. <\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s talk about infrastructure, but the focus shouldn\u2019t be school lunch trays, it should focus on highways. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/gTDb3YpjAi\">pic.twitter.com\/gTDb3YpjAi<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Sen.
