Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) is inciting violence.<\/p>\n<p>In a tweet on Sunday, McCarthy warned if House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) does not act against \u201cthis dangerous rhetoric,\u201d then he will.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Maxine Waters is inciting violence in Minneapolis \u2014 just as she has incited it in the past.
