Every state has now put a hold on distributing the vaccine.<\/p>\n<p>Walensky said there is a possibility of more blood clot cases being reported.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat I would say to the American people is that what we found is really, extremely rare cases through our vaccine safety monitoring system, and that we are transparently, this meeting on Friday will be public,\u201d Walensky explained. \u201cWe\u2019ve reached out to over 10,000 providers to ensure that they know what kinds of cases to look for and to do that outreach.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">It is also equally important that people continue to get vaccinated. Both Moderna and Pfizer vaccines are available.
