Ted Cruz said he will no longer wear a mask in the Capitol building, CNN reported Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>Cruz said he believed that masks are no longer necessary, as lawmakers and aides have been vaccinated. \u201cAt this point I\u2019ve been vaccinated. Everybody working in the Senate has been vaccinated,\u201d Cruz said, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2021\/04\/15\/politics\/ted-cruz-no-mask\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">according<\/a> to CNN.<\/p>\n<p>The House of Representatives implemented a mask mandate, meaning members are subject to a fine if they don\u2019t wear a mask on the House floor.
